If an issue arises, we are responsive to both the client and property owner during the acquisition process. Our management team has experience with acquisitions and relocations of commercial, residential, agricultural, and industrial, properties in both rural and urban settings.
The acquisition phase needs to be within budget and adhere to a timely schedule so that construction may ultimately begin as planned. As the consultant, it is also imperative that we help the landowners feel that they are being treated fairly and at the same time it is our responsibility to protect the interests of the Cabinet by insuring that all of the regulations, policies and procedures are followed.
