Phase I and II

Catawba Indian Nation

This dynamic two phase project involves assisting the Catawba Indian Nation (CIN) with developing a vision for the future of their “Old Reservation” parcel. Qk4 completed research and coordination with the Catawba Indian Nation Executive Committee and other CIN staff. We met with various CIN Boards to develop potential land use zones and proposed resources within land use zones. Using the input provided at the public presentation were three master plan resource alternates were proposed, our team was able to further develop a preferred master plan.
