The weather did not stop our groundbreaking!

Even the mere mention of snow is normally enough to bring Atlanta, Georgia, to a screeching halt. But, in testimony to the bulldoggish-stick-to-it-ive resolve of the City of Roswell and Qk4, the weather could not deter the City and Qk4 from conducting the ceremonial groundbreaking for the streetscape beautification of the arterial state highway that serves as Roswell�??s �??Main Street�?�. The start of construction is the culmination of a seven year effort by the City and Qk4 to bring to reality a never-been-done-before application of �??context-sensitive�?� design features that are intended to slow traffic and help stimulate the economic revitalization of the central business district.
Qk4�??s purple and green shovels were a big hit at the event and the Mayor, City Council and Transportation Director are now proud shovel recipients.
