We are excited to welcome Almendra Espinoza to the Qk4 team as one of our winter co-ops. This is Almendra�??s first coop rotation, and she will be working her way through our various departments over the next few months. Almendra is a Junior Civil Engineering student at the University of Louisville Speed School of Engineering. As part of her education, she is excited to be learning how her knowledge base will be applied to her engineering career. Her favorite part of her learning so far is being able to produce solutions that will benefit people. She is passionate about design, while improving the quality of life for the people in her community.

Almendra chose to start her coop rotation at Qk4 because �??not many companies are willing to offer their internships the opportunity to tackle every department of Civil Engineering.�?� She says she chose QK4, in order to find out what area she likes most.

During her free time she likes watching movies and taking short trips to escape from the routine.
