The Qk4 Environmental and Planning Department is on the grow. We would like to extend a very warm welcome to Eunice Holland. She will be working as a Project Manager from our new Prestonsburg, KY office. Eunice brings 17 years�?? experience as the Transportation Planner at Kentucky River Area Development District in Hazard (Perry County). She also led the Statewide Area Development District Regional Transportation Planning Program for 4 years.

Eunice says she loves connecting with counties and cities and being part of infrastructure improvements. She has a BBA in Accounting and worked for a CPA for two years and two rough tax seasons. When this Transportation Planner position became available, she was attracted to the travel and the involvement in projects to benefit communities.

Eunice has worked on various projects with Qk4 over the years and �??I have always been impressed. My interest in working with Qk4 began after talking with Jeremiah Littleton and Ron Slone at the Hazard SOAR Summit this past June.�?�

Eunice loves the outdoors and in her free time you�??ll find her hiking, hunting and fishing. She also weightlifts and competed in powerlifting in 2018.
