We are excited to welcome Jackson Matheis to the Qk4 team!  Jackson is one of Qk4’s fall co-ops and will be working his way through our various departments over the next few months.  He is a student at the University of Louisville where he majors in Civil Engineering. Jackson is expected to graduate in Spring 2023.

Jackson’s motivation for exploring civil engineering is how it allows you to solve complex problems that will directly impact the public. Since Jackson was a little kid, he has been interested in construction. As he got older, he started to become more curious about how infrastructure is designed. Jackson realized quickly that civil engineering would be a perfect fit!

In his free time, Jackson enjoys his involvement in the American Society for Civil Engineers student chapter at UofL. He also enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
