We are delighted to welcome Kate Baker to our Louisville office as our new Human Resources Specialist. With 16 years of experience in the HR field and a background in banking, Kate has developed a strong passion for working with people and helping them understand the value of their employee benefits. She firmly believes that benefits are an essential part of an employee’s compensation package and should be utilized to their fullest potential. Kate finds Human Resources to be a challenging and rewarding field, and was drawn to Qk4 after learning about the company’s culture and values.

Outside of work, Kate loves to spend time outdoors, travel, and most importantly, spend time with her family. We are thrilled to have Kate as part of our team and look forward to the valuable contributions she will make to our organization.
