Kelly joins us full-time in our Survey Department. He retired in 2014 from the Engineering Division of the Ky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources as a Land Surveyor.
Kelly has a passion for solving problems with survey technology. He became hooked when he worked part-time as a rodman in high school.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling, fishing, and archery!
