The Survey Department continues to grow at Qk4. Join us in welcoming Stephania Coots as a full time Survey Cad Tech. She will be working remoting from Glasgow, KY. Steph graduated from Western Kentucky University with an Associate of Science (Architecture) degree and has been working in the civil engineering field for the past 14 years. She credits her High School drafting classes for her interest in this field. Steph says her favorite thing about her career is that engineering is a form of creativity, and she enjoys seeing the before and after aspects of projects.

What appeals to Steph about working for Qk4 is the friendliness and the attentiveness of her department head and direct supervisor during her decision-making process. She says that her remote working opportunity shows how much Qk4 trusts in their employees to work and manage their time. Trust builds relationships.

In her free time, you�??ll find Steph spending time with her family having a movie night with popcorn. She also enjoys a bit of photography and making jewelry.
